SPUZE provides services to clients all around the world. SPUZE has the responsibility to protect each client and provide them with the best services available. The following guidelines were designed to insure these services. The terms of service are applicable to all SPUZE.COM Clients.
Payment Obligations
Full payment is required before any hosting service is rendered, which includes renewals. All payment notices will be sent by electronic mail and payment is due monthly or annually.
Disallowed content and use of services
Any content which is of a pornographic or unlawful nature is strictly prohibited. Hosting services shall not be used for malware distribution, spam or other malicious activity. Shared and reseller services cannot be used for data warehousing. Reseller accounts cannot be used to offer free hosting. Content relating to Hacking, Cracking, Warez and IRC is not allowed. Software, audio and video downloads may only be hosted if you are the writer and copyright owner of the resources or you have a right to distribute the materials. SPUZE.COM reserves the right to immediately terminate the client's account without notice or refund if you are in breach of this agreement.
Backups & Data Loss
Whilst we do regard the backup of client data in all seriousness. SPUZE.COM is not responsible for maintaining backups of client data. The customer understands that you alone are responsible for keeping a backup of your own data.
Unlimited Disk Space
We do not set limits on the amount of disk space provided with some plans in our shared hosting and reseller hosting packages. We believe our clients should have all the resources necessary to build a great online presence and 99.95% of customers will have more than enough disk space and bandwidth to meet their needs. Please note that providing free hosting, running a image hosting portal or any other file hosting portal, Large Disk websites may cause that we contact you to upgrade to a VPS package! We will NEVER suspend your account without a notice like some other hosts do!
Force Majure
SPUZE.COM shall not be in default of any obligation under the Agreement if the failure to perform the obligation is due to any event beyond SPUZE.COM control, including, without limitation, significant failure of a portion of the power grid, significant failure of the Internet, natural disaster, war, riot, insurrection, epidemic, strikes or other organized labour action, terrorist activity, or other events of a magnitude or type for which precautions are not generally taken in the industry.
Limitation Of Liability
In no event shall SPUZE.COM be liable for damages resulting from loss of data, profits or use of any SPUZE.COM services, or for any incidental, indirect, punitive or consequential damages. The client agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless SPUZE.COM from any and all expenses, losses, liabilities, damages or third party claims.
Suspension & Termination Of Service
SPUZE.COM reserves the right to suspend a customers account due to non payment or we have justified reason to suspend the account. If a client terminates their account SPUZE.COM will disable the account the day the client specifies. It is the responsibility of the client to remove any data off the server prior to the date provided in their cancellation notice. If the client has a balance due at the time of cancellation, this balance must be paid in full. Cancellation does not absolve the client of any outstanding financial obligations. You may cancel at anytime.
30 Day Money Back Guarantee & Refunds
You are entitled to a full refund during the first 30 days of your service with web hosting and reseller plans. VPS plans are excluded from this policy. We do not offer refunds on VPS plans for any reason.
